My wife and I tried to do our Trust ourselves five years ago with the Suze Orman DIY trust plan. Come to find out, the trust was incomplete because we did it absolutely wrong and was in jeopardy of leaving our family vulnerable.

Darin and his team are excellent! I had been calling so many law offices when I visited my mom in California to try and get the paperwork started for PoA, but no one would call me back. I had been trying for over two weeks before my trip out there occurred. Once I got to California, I only had 5 days to set something up as I had to return to the East Coast for work.

I tried one last number. That number was Darin's office, and they answered immediately; this was a Friday afternoon. I had little hope at this point that I could accomplish this. I explained the entire situation about my mom and the time crunch I was under to Darin. He told me he would complete the paperwork and be ready within three days.

He got his team to speak to my mom to confirm she was of sound mind. They accommodated her needs by getting a Spanish-speaking paralegal; my mom proved she was, and then he and his team took care of everything else.

I had the paperwork signed and notarized, and given to me Monday evening. My flight back to the East Coast was Tuesday morning. I cannot thank Darin and his team enough for making this happen. I can now officially manage my mom's affairs and manage her care appropriately with no pushback.

Darin, thank you so much! I encourage anyone who needs to set up Advanced Directives with or for their loved ones to use Darin and his team. He was so accommodating, helpful, and fast!
